CSV Upload Help

If you have a spreadsheet of users, you can export that spreadsheet into a Comma Separated Value file, and upload that list of users directly to our website.

The format of the CSV file is very important. The fields must be in this format

first name,last name, cell phone, home phone, email, username, password, group 1, group 2, group 3, group 4, group 5 

For example:

john, doe, 555-555-1234, , john@doe.com, , , admin group , , , , ,
jane, doe,,,jan@doe.com,,,operations group,emergency,,,

• All fields are optional.

• Only specify a username and password if you want this user to be able to login themselves and manage their own information

• If you list a group that does not exist, it will be created for you automatically.
